Even though we have notices on our menus, notices by the cash register, and given the fact that we are a pizzeria that uses plenty of flour, cheese, cream, and meats, we still get customers who fail to inform us of any food allergies or dislikes while they are ordering.
All too often we’ve brought dishes to a table only to be told that the customer is allergic to garlic, cheese, cream, or whatever. We’re expected to go back and make the dish over, without the offending item included. This costs both money and time and makes the whole dining experience a lot less fun.
If you have any kind of allergy or problem with any food, it is your responsibility to inform your server while you are ordering food. We are not mind readers and can never guess what you might have an issue with. While we go out of our way to accommodate any kind of food allergy or preference, we need for the customer to meet us halfway.
At Bobby G’s Pizzeria we offer gluten-free crusts for 12″ pizzas (see our FAQ for more information on the gluten-free options. We make our own organic soy cheese we call Fauxmage. We offer a lot of nice salads with vegan dressings. The meats we sell are locally sourced and are either organic or all natural. We sell no meats that come from large meat processors.
In short, we do everything we can to make sure you get the food you can eat safely. Please help us out and let us know when ordering if there is ANYTHING you cannot eat. On our menu we list just about every item for each dish and at the top of each category we explain garnishes such as parmesan cheese, etc. If you have any questions about anything on the menu, please ask while ordering.
