Chimay Red pours a dark ruby red with a big, creamy white head on top. The foam dissolves slowly to a thick sheet on the surface leaving behind some netted lace on the glass. 7% ABV.
Chimay White
Chimay Blanche (White), with its typical golden color, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. 8% ABV.
Chimay Blue
Chimay Blue is principally distinguished by its character of a strong beer. 9% ABV.
Blanche de Bruxelles
Witbier is a very old type of beer, a speciality of the farm-breweries of old Brabant. The master brewers used their very best crops to make this beer. Blanche de Bruxelles owes its natural cloudiness to the large percentage (40 %) of wheat that goes into its composition. 4.5% ABV

La Fin du Monde is a Belgian style triple fermentation (also refermented in the bottle) golden ale introduced in July 1994 and produced by Unibroue of Quebec. 9.0% ABV
