Brewed in the traditional Baltic style, this Imperial-like Porter boasts intoxicating aromas and intense flavors of toffee, molasses, coffee, currants and plums. Full-bodied and smooth, with slight alcohol warmth and medium-high carbonation. Bourbon barrel aged for seven months. It’s really good. 9% ABV

Spring Fling is our best guess at what an iced mocha would taste like, if it was being sipped on a sunny patio, with a light breeze to keep you cool, and it was a beer. We roasted 10 pounds of Costa Rican coffee in-house, blended that with 15 pounds of cocoa that was procured from Rachel Dunn, our local chocolateer. This was added to the finished beer, an English Brown Ale, and allowed to steep for 3 days.

5.5% ABV

West Coast IPA

This West Coast-Style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavored, medium bodied and copper colored. A menagerie of hops is combined throughout the brewing process to impart specific characteristics. Hops used include Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma.

Kellerweis is one of the only American Hefeweizens made using the traditional Bavarian style of open fermentation. This difficult and labor-intensive technique adds uncommon depth and flavor complexity. Our hazy-golden hefeweizen is deeply flavorful, refreshing and perfect for a sunny day. To serve, pour two-thirds into a glass, swirl and pour the rest.

Deschutes Brewery’s most popular beer, Mirror Pond Pale Ale is a quintessential American pale ale with a definitive hop aroma and hop forward flavor.

Mirror Pond Pale Ale has four different hop additions along with the all-important dry hopping. What separates this pale ale, though, is balance. Most folks just heap on the hops and call it a day. Deschutes, on the other hand, uses a deft touch of Crystal malts to offset the definitive Cascade hop profile resulting in a delicate malty sweetness.

The proliferation of pale ales only proves how rare a truly great one is.
